Custom orders

Tell me what you are dreaming of.

I am taking custom orders, and I would love to meet you and talk about your vision for a bespoke piece. There is no form you can fill in wrongly — start wherever you are.

How it goes

  1. We talkYou tell me what you are picturing — in person if we are near each other, or on a call, or by email if that is easier. I ask a lot of questions.
  2. I draw and quoteYou get a sketch, the materials I would use, a price and a timeline. Nothing is charged, and nothing is committed, until you say yes to all of it.
  3. I make itBy hand, in the studio in Missoula. I send progress as it happens, because watching a piece come up out of the metal is half the pleasure of it.

Commissions are silver unless you want otherwise, and they take as long as they take — usually a few weeks. If you are working to a date, say so and I will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Optional — but it helps me a lot.

Only if you have one. It shapes the materials, not the welcome.
